Past Reliable Source chats

Greetings chatters. As usual there's plenty to gab about. Dr. Diddy did something very sweet during his Howard University commencement celebrations. The "real" Olivia Pope, Judy Smith, chatted with us about how she got her start in the scandal business. Angelina Jolie probably won't ever run for office. Sad face? And Jay Carney really likes Guided By Voices. Like really. Let's dive right in!

HOC, that's House of Cards for civilians put out a massive casting call last week for some new recurring characters, do you know if anyone ever gets called back?

Not sure about this round, but I do know that the HOC folks have cast local actors before. Well-known DC stage actress Holly Twyford, for example, had a meaty (though one-show-only) role this season as the wife of the man who impregnated Claire Underwood's business partner.

Guys, I'm sorry about the chat FAIL. Technical problems, alas.

Please join us again next week, which should give the poor hamster who powers these chats some time to rest.
