Rest of the Summer Forecast?
Are we looking at a summer that will end up only slightly less torturous than last year? Is there much of a chance that August and September will cool down significantly from last year's furnace? Growing up in Michigan, summer used to be my favorite season, but that's no longer true since I moved to DC.
