Crimes Against Crabs
The way many of those "chefs" treated those beautiful blue crabs last night was a crime against the Chesapeake Bay. If the show were live, there would have been an uprising and they all would have been tossed out of our region. Did you have the same reaction? Are all chefs outside of our area really that unfamiliar with the anatomy of a crab?

The chefs seemed to have a hard time working together. Were you surprised to see Tim sent home when it seemed like the judges were harder on Amanda and Stephen's dishes? And have you ever visited that sustainable farm in Virginia?
